Particular Audience for AI assistants — three connectors | Particular Audience
Connect ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code to Particular Audience: a public connector for products, practice tools and proof; a sign-in RevenueOS connector for your own workspace; and DiscoveryOS, coming soon.
Particular Audience offers three assistant connectors. The public one explains the platform and lets anyone practise on sample data. RevenueOS customers and staff add a separate sign-in connector for their own workspace. A DiscoveryOS connector is in design.
1. Particular Audience (public, no sign-in, live).
Retail Media (sample data): Forecast network revenue, plan and price a media buy, estimate reach, see how sponsored slots are decided, and read or diagnose a campaign report. New-to-brand and share-of-voice figures are illustrative concepts, not live platform reports. For example: “Forecast retail media revenue for a $500m grocer.” “Plan a $50k sponsored products flight in pet food for 30 days.” “Model Trade Media economics for a supplier.”
Search & Discovery (sample data): Spot rising and zero-result searches, diagnose search numbers, and compare keyword with AI ranking. For example: “Which pet food searches are rising and returning nothing?” “Compare keyword and AI ranking for ‘running shoes’.”
Personalisation & Recommendations (sample data): See which recommendation types work on each page, get an onsite optimisation playbook and spot merchandising trends. For example: “Which recommendations work best on product pages?” “What merchandising trends should I act on?”
Price & Promo (sample data): Check price position against competitors, test a Price Beat decision against a margin floor, track competitor moves and model a price change. For example: “Should I beat a competitor at $29.50 if my cost is $22 and floor is 20%?” “Track competitor price moves in electronics.”
Proof & Planning (published facts): Find case studies and recognition, compare products, read RFP templates and the search evaluation offer — and, only with your consent, ask us to get in touch. For example: “Show me grocery case studies for search.” “List the retail media RFP categories.”
2. Particular Audience RevenueOS (sign-in required, live). A separate connector for RevenueOS. Sign in with your RevenueOS account; what your assistant can see depends on who you are, and every answer is limited to what your account can already see in the app.
Retail media workspace members: List brands, advertisers and agencies; Find campaigns by name or stage, with budget and flight dates; Booked versus proposed budget by stage (not invoiced revenue); Campaign delivery: impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ROAS and remaining budget; Read workspace records: packages, IO lines, delivery, make-goods; Forecast impressions, clicks or spend with low, expected and high ranges and an accuracy score; Add a dated note to a campaign.
Particular Audience staff: Search deals and read the sales pipeline; List clients and read CRM records; Monthly recurring revenue outlook; Clients renewing soon, with notice deadlines; Save selected CRM records such as contacts, activities and next steps.
Signed in without a workspace: An explanation of RevenueOS Retail Media and a sign-up link.
Nothing can be deleted. Writes are limited to campaign notes (workspace members) and selected CRM records (staff). Billing, invoices, rate cards, commissions, accounting, users and roles are never exposed.
3. Particular Audience DiscoveryOS (In design — not live yet.) A planned sign-in connector that lets retailers, suppliers and Particular Audience teams ask their assistant about DiscoveryOS. It will be read-only, act as the signed-in person and only show what their role can already see.
Phase 1: Retail media: placements, campaigns, ad sets, collections, banners and approvals, reporting, billing and credit balance.
Phase 2: Recommendations: routes, widgets, recommenders, recommender campaigns and tactics.
Later: Search, engagement dashboards and Promotion Hub.
Will not report: competitor share of voice, win rate, viewability, new-to-brand, auction internals.
Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and any assistant that supports remote MCP servers. Refresh the connection after updates. Illustrative models are not forecasts or guarantees.
