After a recent $10 million Series A funding round, eCommerce tech platform Particular Audience is expanding its leadership team with key hires, including Patrick DiLoreto, former Head of Ecommerce at PVH Corp (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) and previous client of Particular Audience. As well as Andrew Weaver as Head of Engineering (ex-Quantium, Woolworths) and Rochelle Ritchie as Head of Marketing (ex-Play by AfterPay).
Patrick joins Particular Audience as Senior Product Manager, leading the product team in servicing over 100+ clients with machine learning Recommendation, Merchandising, Search and Retail Media software.
Patrick joins the team after 11+ years in eCommerce and luxury fashion, with a deep understanding in retailer, customer and SaaS platform requirements to provide the most intuitive, outcome driven customer experience.
When asked about the recent hire, Founder and CEO, James Taylor said:
“Patrick has been a client of ours for several years. From a client to a key leader at PA, as a former end user of eCommerce technologies Patrick is a pivotal hire for the business to build more of what retailers really need.”
Patrick is excited to hit the ground running, joining in January, 2022. He has said:
“I can say with confidence that Particular Audience understands what is shaping the future landscape of eCommerce, focusing on creating intuitive personalized experiences for each customer.
We're single minded when we say effective personalization is more about understanding someone's context, and less about understanding who they are.
Our specific focus on item data, while ensuring customer personal details remain private, is an ethos and approach to eCommerce personalization that I strongly align with. The product and values of Particular Audience not only match my beliefs, but also my vision of where eCommerce will go in the future, especially as we continue to discuss a world protecting customer privacy without access to third party cookies.”
Alongside Patrick DiLoreto, Particular Audience has also welcomed Andrew Weaver as Head of Engineering and Rochelle Ritchie as Head of Marketing. Combining a collective 45+ years of experience to help shape the future of website experience for customers and retailers alike.
