The retail operating system

One engine for every retail decision.

Most retailers run four or five separate tools.

Search in one tool, pricing in another, ads bolted on top — nobody owns the order shoppers see, and margin leaks between them. The Unified Decision Engine governs relevance, inventory, margin and sponsored demand in one pass, on every surface, including the AI assistants now doing the shopping.

Start with one surface. Leave the rest of your stack untouched.

Sponsored prompt

A sponsored prompt is a paid, labelled product placement inside an AI answer, triggered when the shopper's request is a strong match by meaning for a product an advertiser picked.

In practice

See Sponsored Prompts and the guide to sponsored products in AI assistants.

Optional include and exclude terms

Advertisers can optionally add include terms (prompts, keywords, queries or strings) to make sure matching requests are considered, and exclude terms to block contexts they never want. Excluded terms always win. Include terms never bypass the retailer's relevance floor, caps or category rules.

Run it with Particular Audience

Sponsored Prompts runs on Adaptive Transformer Search and the open-source ATS MCP server. Advertisers pick products or a collection; each item surfaces automatically, labelled, in chats, prompts and AI searches where it scores highly.

Frequently asked questions

Is a sponsored prompt the shopper's prompt?

No. The shopper's request triggers it. The advertiser picks products and can optionally add include or exclude terms, but does not have to write prompts.
